ACT - Professional Institute of Performing Arts is the initiative of BHANGIMAA, northeast India's foremost performing & visual arts unit. ACT-BHANGIMAA is introduced by the first Assamese dance duo cum choreographers Jayanta Bhagawati and Pranaame Bhagawati. This internationally acclaimed dance couple promotes theme based short choreographies and dance ballads especially on Assam and others.
They've been performing in recognised festivals in India as well as in abroad. Their innovative creative choreographies are a feast to the eyes and the soul, as the duo very well presents a traditional theme with a modern & contemporary outlook.
ACT happens to be the first professional Indian classical dance institute in Hissar (Haryana - India).
